Christmas has arrived at Cress
From panettone to pet treats, we’ve got everything you need to build a standout festive range.
Pre-order before 24th July to secure your Christmas lines
How do I place my Christmas order?
Placing your Christmas order is simple—just submit a dedicated Christmas order through the website.
To avoid delays, please ensure your basket contains Christmas products only. Adding everyday lines will convert your order and will delay delivery.
If you need any support, our Customer Service Team or your Account Manager will be happy to help.
When do I need to place my Christmas order?
Christmas ranges are produced in limited quantities by our suppliers.
Ordering early ensures you receive the products you need and helps us plan stock effectively for the season. Please place your main order by 24th July
When will my Christmas order be delivered?
We begin Christmas deliveries week commencing 7th September.
Most ranges will be available from this date. Any products with later availability will be clearly highlighted on the website.
Who will deliver my order?
Christmas orders are delivered by our Cress Co drivers using our own fleet.
We’ll contact you in advance to confirm your delivery date. Deliveries may be scheduled for a Monday to avoid disruption to your regular weekly orders.
Payment on Delivery Customers
A 50% deposit is required ahead of your delivery date.
The remaining balance is payable upon receipt of delivery (unless on a pre-agreed plan)
Our Customer Service and Finance team will contact you to:
• Confirm your order
• Provide your expected delivery week
• Arrange payment details
The deposit must be received by close of business on the Monday prior to your delivery week.
If payment is not received, your order will be rescheduled and may be subject to cancellation if we’re unable to make contact.
We recommend setting up a Direct Debit payment plan to:
• Avoid delays to Christmas or weekly deliveries
• Spread the cost into manageable payments
• Reduce administration
Payments can also be made by card or BACS.
Credit Account Customers
Once your order is placed, our Customer Service and Finance Team will:
• Confirm receipt
• Advise your expected delivery week
• Make contact if it is foreseeable that the account will run out-with terms
To ensure delivery goes ahead as planned, your account must be within agreed credit terms.
If your account falls outside of terms:
• Your order will be rescheduled
• Our Finance team will contact you to resolve the issue
Payments can be made via Direct Debit, BACS, or card.
